In the video we present some exercises and stretches for your rehabilitation process. There are a multitude of exercises and stretches out there that sometimes differ from trainer to trainer and physician to physician. Here we have picked some of our favorites from Phase 1. Phase 1 exercises and stretches are usually pre- or post- operation and they mainly focus on the reduction of inflammation, regaining full range of motion (ROM), early strength development, and some proprioception.
